CoARA Community Poster Gallery
A poster exhibition was held on Day 2 of the conference with an aim to showcase the wide range of activities, projects, tools, and initiatives being developed across CoARA's core implementation communities.
A total of 15 posters were displayed during the conference from Cascade Funding projects, National Chapters, and Working Groups.
Cascade Funding Projects
Cascade Funding Projects catalyse institutional reform through three different types of projects:
- Pilot projects: support experimentation and support piloting new assessment approaches
- Teaming projects: facilitate knowledge transfer between two or more institutions
- Change projects: enable the acceleration of change in procedures and processes in an organisation
Supported by the CoARA Boost project, funded by the European Union, a total of 53 projects were funded across two calls to implement the ARRA in a diverse range of geographical and institutional contexts.

National Chapters
National Chapters are local homes to CoARA that not only offer platforms to connect stakeholders involved in research assessment reform within a given country, but National Chapters also tailor commitments and tools to specific local and national contexts.
Growing from 5 chapters in 2023 to 22 chapters to date, National Chapters are evolving within the coalition. By translating the principles through the lens of country-specific contexts, National Chapters are emerging as system connectors linking the national level with the insitutional level and beyond to European and global reform efforts.

Working Groups
Working Groups are key communities that provide outputs, tools, and recommendations to support the implementation of research assessment reform along specific thematic areas. A total of 14 Working Groups were officially operational between 2023 and 2026, supported by the CoARA Boost project, funded by the European Union, with mandates of up to two years each. CoARA Working Group outputs serve as the basis for the CoARA Collection, a community-owned resource library offering tools for reform.
