CoARA Conference 2026: Call for Poster Concepts

As part of the CoARA Conference 2026, the CoARA Secretariat invites members from across the coalition to submit a concept for their posters to showcase projects, tools, resources, and initiatives that are advancing research assessment reform. Up to 12 posters will be selected for display at the conference. The CoARA Secretariat will professionally print all selected posters, and contributors will receive an optional poster template and visual assets to support the design process. Complete the form for your proposed poster concept by 20 July 2026 to be considered for inclusion in the exhibition. Final selections will be made and communicated by July 23rd. Deadline to submit the final poster design is July 30th. An optional template will be provided to facilitate the design process as needed.
